
Mainland UK Deliveries
Free Standard UK Mainland Delivery for all orders over £200.
Standard UK Mainland**, up to 3 pairs, £6.50, delivered next day.*
*Next day delivery, Monday to Thursday on orders placed before 3pm. Friday orders are dispatched the next working Monday (not Bank Holidays). Next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
Saturday Deliveries**, UK Mainland only, for orders placed up to 3 pm Friday are available at a cost of £17. Maximum quantity three (3) pairs. Delivery may be any time up to 2 pm Saturday.

Please note: Once your order has been processed and dispatched we cannot make any changes to the Delivery Address you have provided. Please make sure you provide an address where you will be available to receive the delivery. If you cannot be at home during the day you can stipulate a work address.
Your goods will be delivered by courier Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Timed, express and weekend services are not included in the standard P&P price you pay.
A signature is required on delivery of goods. If no one is at the delivery address you have provided, the courier will leave a card with a number to contact. However, cards do get lost or mislaid. You must not assume the courier company can track you down.
If your order has not arrived within 48 hours of you receiving the Dispatch email (excluding weekends) we strongly recommend you contact UPS on the following number: 0845 787 7877 and rearrange delivery at an agreed time.
You can track the progress of your delivery via the courier web site using the tracking / ident code provided in the dispatch email. This is sent to you when your order leaves our warehouse. If you see a delivery attempt has failed you must contact the courier directly.
It is the customer´s responsibility to ensure they can receive the goods being dispatched to them. Once the goods have been returned to us the P&P will have been expended and a new charge will have to be paid for redelivery. You can do this on a card by calling 01797 366299 and quoting your Order Number.

Deliveries Outside Mainland UK
We ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands, The Hebridies etc.
For deliveries outside UK mainland, customers should quote their tracking / ident code to either the national postal service or the courier service we have used to send you your goods. We cannot tell you exactly when your goods will arrive but if you have not received them within one week of receiving your Dispatch email we recommend you make enquiries with the courier service as indicated.
*You may not always be able to track deliveries outside UK mainland but the tracking number can still be used to identify your package.
