Requesting Images

If you would like us to send you images, either jpeg or tiff format / 300 dpi, then first please identify the item you want on this website.

You should select the style and the colour as this will affect the identification number. For example: A Tramper Boot in black is a 429, while in brown it is 422 and in dusty brown it is 428 etc.

Just requesting a Tramper in Brown is not specific enough as there four colours that could be described as brown and what you call brown may not be what we call brown.

This may sound like a headache but really it’s quite simple. Send us the details of the items you want and any other information such as price, stockists, image width etc and we will mail you back the information and send you an address from where you can download the files.

We don’t email image files direct as they are often too large and/or get blocked.

You will have several days in which to download the files.

Requesting Product Samples

Please first accurately identify the styles and colours you want as described before. Then email us with your request. We will need a contact name, publication details and a full delivery address.

We will do our best to handle short turnaround requests but we normally need 48 hours notice to be sure we can deliver the items you want.

Samples will be in standard model sizes: Women UK-07 / EU 40, Men UK-10 / EU 44. Enclosed with the samples will be a Product Loan Form detailing the products loaned.

NB: Products are loaned and not given. All product/s must be returned to us as received. Products that are not returned or go missing will be invoiced for at wholesale price.
