
Refunds
Because our Standard UK service is a next day service any cancellation of an order made before 3 pm must be cancelled by 3 pm the same day. If a cancellation is made after this time we will not be able to stop despatch of the goods.
If the order is made after 3 pm any cancellation needs to reach us by 1 pm the next day otherwise the goods will be dispatched.
All cancellations must quote the MIN order number and be in writing via email. Please do not telephone in your cancellation as we have to have the instructions in writing.
Customers who miss the cancellation times will have to return the goods to us before we can issue a refund. We will not, in these circumstances, be able to refund the cost of the P&P.
Refunds or Replacement on Faulty delivery or Faulty Goods.
In the event we have sent an order in error, or the goods were in some way faulty, we will replace the goods and return them to you free of charge. We will also refund you, via your card, the value of the original P&P charge. We cannot refund you more than the original cost.
Alternatively, we will Refund the total value, including the P&P charge and no transaction charge will be made. Due to the way the payment system / security works we are unable to refund a greater amount than was originally paid.
We rarely dispute a claim for faulty goods but we do reserve the right to disagree a claim.
Faulty goods or an incorrect delivery must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
