Sending your order back is no problem.
We will refund the value of the goods of any item you are not totally happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition, including the box unmarked, within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are credited back onto the card you used for the purchase. P&P is non refundable.
We suggest you re-use the packaging in which your item was delivered. Either use the label provided or address clearly to:

Mainland UK Returns
Please do not email us to say you are returning goods. You do not need to do this but please follow the directions below:
You need to make sure you enclose, with the returning item, your MIN Order Number and your request for a refund. Please also enclose a short note giving the reason for your return.
You should use Standard Royal Mail Postage + Proof of Posting which in the UK is 60p. Please do not use more expensive services such as Special Delivery – it doesn’t get to us any faster.
When we receive your return we will process it. Providing the goods are in perfect condition, including the box, we will process your refund. We do not acknowledge returns so please allow a full working week before you get your refund. Processing returns is a manual process and takes some time to complete.
Returns from Outside Mainland UK
Please do not email us to say you are returning goods. You do not need to do this but please follow the directions below:

Use the most cost effective method to send goods back to us. You do not have to insure the item (unless you are sending several pairs) but get proof of postage from your postal or courier service.
Please allow sufficient time for the goods to get back to us.
