Moccasins are lightweight and unstructured. They are not designed for very rough ground, deep puddles or sports activities.

Our suede normally just needs a brush with a medium stiff nylon brush – avoid metal or brass bristles. You can use a suede cleaner and a water / stain repellent. You’ll find our own Care Kit in the Accessories section. Leather moccasins like a little neutral polish and a wipe over with a soft cloth.

Our moccasins are true to size. While the box and product that’s delivered will show a US size you order from us in your UK or EU size.

If you normally take a half size then you should order the next whole size up. Many of our moccasins have a functional lace that can be pulled in or let out. Putting in a thin inner sole will take out about half a size.

Moccasins are designed to stretch to fit, so they should feel snug when new. They won’t stretch in length so ensure you have enough room for your toes.

• Saturday Deliveries for orders placed after 3 pm Friday are available at extra cost.

* Exceptions: N.Ireland, some Scottish postcodes, Highlands & Islands.
** Next day delivery, Monday to Thursday on orders placed before 3 pm. Friday orders are dispatched the next working Monday (not Bank Holidays). Next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed.

Returns
Sending your order back is no problem. We will refund any item you are not totally happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition, including the box unmarked, within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are credited back onto the card you used for the purchase.
